Bianco spent more than 13 years in operations at Papa John’s Pizza, rising to the position of vice president of Asia.
Unger is a Marine Corps veteran, a former senior vice president of operations for McDonald’s and a one-time chief restaurant officer at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc.
“These moves recognize the substantial contributions of Brian and Toni to strengthening Long John Silver’s operations, improving our customer satisfaction scores and driving profitable growth of the brand,” CEO James O’Reilly said in a statement.
Foster joined Long John Silver’s in 2015, after 15 years in human resources with Reams Asset Management.
O’Reilly noted that Foster helped lead the chain’s efforts to create a great place to work. Long John Silver’s was named one of Kentucky’s best places to work in 2017, by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the company said.
