Lina O’Connor has been promoted to the role of chief financial officer at Tender Greens, the company said Friday.
O’Connor joined Tender Greens as director of finance in 2012, but worked with the brand prior to that as a consultant. She was instrumental in helping to negotiate the previously announced partnership with Union Square Hospitality Group in July, the company said.
Before joining the fast-casual chain, O’Connor worked for financial consulting firm Vine Solutions. Her resume also includes stints with Marriott International and with a real estate private-equity investment company in Northern California.
Based in Culver City, Calif., Tender Greens has 20 locations and specializes in healthful chef-driven fare with local and sustainably raised ingredients.
