Former Buca di Beppo executive Todd Chase has been named chief financial officer for Tijuana Flats Burrito Co., the company announced Thursday.
Chase, who began in the new position earlier this month, replaces Robert Cawthorn. As CFO, Chase will be responsible for administering all financial functions for the Tex-Mex restaurant brand, including finance and accounting, corporate tax and information technology.
Chase was previously CFO for the Italian chain Buca di Beppo and senior vice president of finance for Buca’s parent company Earl Enterprises, where he also worked with sister brands Planet Hollywood and Earl of Sandwich. His experience also includes leadership positions with Universal Studios Resort and Walt Disney World in Orlando.
