Did you know? Domino’s offers more than a dozen non-traditional ways to order pizza. The company refers to this kind of technology as “Domino’s Anyware,” ordering platforms that use chat bots and voice assistants. Some of the most popular ways customers can order include Google Home, shown, and Amazon Alexa. Customers can also order by texting or using Facebook Messenger, Slack, and Twitter. Chevy cars equipped with the company’s in-vehicle commerce platform also feature Domino’s ordering.
“We want you to be able to order pizza no matter where you are in the digital ecosystem. No matter what platform you're using. No matter where you spend your time on your phone or your desktop,” Dennis Maloney, chief digital officer, said. “That's going to be our strategy for advancing our technology.”
He said the Innovation Garage is an extension of the brand’s 10-year turnaround journey. “We are never going to be finished.”
