Premier leadership event combines professional development, inspiring role models and industry leaders, and authentic connections that help women thrive
Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF), the leading community for female professionals and the premier gender equity partner for Foodservice Industry employers, will host its 2023 Leadership Conference March 12-14 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. This sought-after industry event draws talented women, male allies, and forward-thinking companies ready to address challenges and forge new opportunities around diversity, equity and inclusion in the Foodservice Industry.
This year’s theme LIMITLESS: You! highlights the many ways women leaders have tapped their broad base of skills, resilience, and resourcefulness to emerge from a challenging time stronger, more confident, and with greater clarity about what it takes to lead effectively and authentically.
“Women have proven themselves among the greatest assets during these challenging years by leading with creativity and compassion and by helping to create more inclusive organizations where all team members can fully contribute,” said WFF President & CEO, Therese Gearhart. “WFF is proud to be part of their recipe for success by providing professional development to support women’s growth throughout the year, including our annual Leadership Conference experience. Through mainstage keynotes, breakout sessions organized by career stage, personal wellness sessions, and networking, women are inspired by their own limitless potential and the Foodservice Industry’s commitment to their advancement.”
