Chicken Salad Chick
Chicken Salad Chick was the United States’ first national fast-casual chicken-salad-focused franchise restaurant concept, founded by Stacy Brown in Auburn, Ala., in 2008. As the company grew, the headquarters moved to Atlanta in 2021.
On the menu is Southern-style chicken salad in various flavors, from lemon basil to buffalo ranch with jalapenos and sriracha. Diners can choose scoops alone or on salad or as a sandwich. The company plans to reach 500 units by the end of 2025. The company was acquired by Los Angeles-based private equity firm Brentwood Associates in 2019.
