Qdoba Mexican Grill is a fast-casual restaurant chain with nearly 600 locations in the U.S. and U.S. systemwide sales of $529 billion. In 2003, the Wheat Ridge, Colo.-based brand was acquired by publicly traded restaurant company Jack in the Box Inc. (Ticker: JACK), which also owns the Jack in the Box quick-service chain.
