Starbucks Corp., a coffeehouse brand based in Seattle, has more than 18,000 locations in 61 countries. A publicly traded company, (Ticker: SBX) Starbucks also owns the Seattle’s Best Coffee, Evolution Fresh and La Boulange Bakery brands. Additionally, it has an agreement to acquire the Teavana tea chain. Starbucks Corp. includes a $1.3 billion consumer packaged goods business that includes single-serve K-Cups, VIA Ready Brew instant coffees, and an array of bottled coffee drinks and juices.
