Denny’s has introduced new limited-time menu items inspired by the film “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug,” the second installment in “The Hobbit” trilogy.
Last year the family-dining chain also promoted special menu items in conjunction with the release of “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.”
In this ad, Denny’s touts the Build Your Own Hobbit Slam, a customizable Grand Slam breakfast that includes the new Honey Cake French Toast or Sweet Potato Pecan Pancakes. Other Middle Earth breakfast items include Bilbo’s Breakfast Feast and the Hobbit Hole Breakfast.
There are also non-breakfast menu additions like Smaug’s Fire Burger and Bard’s Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake.
