Virtual Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), the leader in the rapidly growing virtual dining space, announced today $20 Million in Series A financing. The financing was raised from investors including Spice Private Equity, a subsidiary of GP Investments.
Founded in 2019 by renowned restaurateur Robert Earl, Earl Enterprises CMO Trish Giordano, and Earl’s son, VDC President, Robbie Earl, the company has already launched brands such as Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen. Mariah Carey’s Cookies, MrBeastBurger. NASCAR Refuel, Buddy V’s Cake Slice, and its newest brand, Barstool Bites.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to fund development of additional technology, enhance corporate infrastructure, and provide additional marketing and customer support to increase revenue for market partners.
