NYC needs no introduction, but the four brands we profile here — Bareburger, Black Tap, Seamore’s and Eataly — might. We chose four standout emerging concepts based in NYC and expanding outside of the tri-state area. Each has a unique brand proposition.

Holly is responsible for introducing TikTok and Twitch to NRN and RH readers as well as explaining terms like “Karen” to staff and readers alike. She also spends her time on staff trying not to make every headline a pun.
