Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc. has promoted four executives, the company said Thursday.
“We’re thrilled to be able to reward the achievement and skills of some well-deserving, tenured and high-performing team members,” said Arby’s president Hala Moddelmog in a statement.
Arby’s has promoted Jo Ann Herold to vice president, brand communications and PR. She will lead the company’s communications and public relations department, and will “enhance both the quality and the quantity of external and employee communications,” the company said in a statement.
Herold, who was previously vice president of brand marketing at the company, will continue to serve in her position as vice chairman of the Arby’s Foundation, the company said, in addition to her new role.
was named chief administrative officer and general counsel. Okeson had previously been Arby’s general counsel, but in the newly expanded role he will also take on human resources duties, the company said in a statement.
, who joined Arby’s five years ago and most recently served as vice president of product development and innovation, was promoted to senior vice president of product development and innovation.
Arby’s chief operating officer George Condos will continue to serve in that role, but he will also lead business development. The business development addition to his role includes franchise development, architecture and design, and real estate. Condos was named chief operating officer in January 2012.
Arby’s executives were not immediately available for comment.
Arby’s, which has more than 3,400 restaurants systemwide, is owned by Atlanta-based Roark Captial Group, a private-equity firm.
