Bravo Cucina Italiana is launching a seasonal menu Sept. 19 that will be available at its 51 locations.
The chain, part of Bravo/Brio Restaurant Group, Inc., plans to roll out the following items:
Pepperoni & Cheese Dip: A dip of ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and sausage served with Parmesan flatbread crackers, $9.99
Shrimp Bruschetta: Boursin, Roma tomatoes, lobster cream and grilled shrimp on toast, $13.99
Stuffed Banana Peppers: Banana peppers stuffed with sausage and ricotta in tomato sauce, $7.99
Prosciutto & Burrata Pizza: Pizza with prosciutto, burrata, fennel seed, arugula and Reggiano, $11.99
Crispy Fish Sandwich: Fried cod with Brussels sprout slaw and Sriracha honey on a whole-wheat roll, served with Tuscan fries (tossed with rosemary and Parmesan cheese), $12.99, available at lunch only
Bacon Cheeseburger: A burger with bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on a whole-wheat bun, served with Tuscan fries, $11.99, available at lunch only.
Balsamic Chicken Lunch Combo: Balsamic glazed grilled chicken breast with orzo, farro, zucchini, red peppers, feta and asparagus, $13.59 with choice of super or salad at lunch only
Balsamic Chicken: Balsamic glazed chicken breast with orzo, farro, zucchini, red peppers, feta and asparagus, $17.99
Harissa Grilled Shrimp: Grilled shrimp glazed with harissa, with orzo, farro, zucchini, red peppers, arugula, feta and red pepper aïoli, $19.49
Cod Fresca: Grilled cod with orzo, farro, haricots verts, grape tomatoes, lemon butter and cucumber relish, $18.49
Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake: Cheesecake with crème anglaise, caramel sauce and mascarpone cream, $6.99
Additionally, the following items will be at brunch, available on the weekends:
Yogurt Crêpes: Crêpes filled with yogurt and mascarpone and served with strawberries, blueberries and granola, $10.49
Sausage Crêpes: Crêpes stuffed with sausage, caramelized onions, fontina cheese and roasted grape tomatoes served with hot sauce aïoli and brunch potatoes (fried fingerlings tossed with caramelized onions, chives and Cajun seasoning), $10.99
Prosciutto Frittata: A frittata cooked with prosciutto, fontina cheese, asparagus and Reggiano cheese, served with a field greens salad, $9.99
French Toast “Sticks”: Sticks of French toast with crème anglaise, candied pecans, caramel sauce and mascarpone cream, $9.49
Bacon & Egg Cheeseburger: A hamburger with a fried egg, bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on a whole-wheat bun, $12.99 with Tuscan fries
