SAN DIEGO Noting that consumers are shifting from gift giving to penny pinching, Jack in the Box on Monday introduced a $2.99 Jumbo Deal as a limited-time offer.
The deal includes a Jumbo Jack Hamburger with two tacos and a small order of natural-cut fries.
“Between the holidays and the tough economy, consumers are tightening their belts,” said Teka O’Rourke, Jack in the Box’s director of menu marketing and promotions. “We created the $2.99 Jumbo Deal so our guests could enjoy some of our most popular menu items at a very affordable price.”
Jack in the Box operates or franchises more than 2,100 namesake restaurants in 18 states, as well as more than 450 Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants.
