Brinker International Inc. on Friday reported that net income fell slightly to $46.4 million during its June 26-ended fourth quarter. The Dallas-based parent to the Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy concepts said results excluded special items, such as the gain on the sale of its minority interest in Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
