The 60th annual MUFSO kicked off Monday as nearly 900 foodservice professionals converged in Denver for three days of education, networking and celebration. The opening days of the show featured a panel discussion with award winning restaurant executives, a keynote address by entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, presentations by exhibitors and happy hour celebrations.
