BurgerFi, which filed for bankruptcy this year, has sold all of its assets from both the BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza brands. In an 8-K filing released Monday, the company announced a court approval on Nov. 8 for the sale of assets to TREW Capital Management.

The Food and Drug Administration is advising restaurants and foodservice distributors to check the origin of their cucumbers. An importer that was bringing in whole cucumbers from Mexico has voluntarily recalled the produce because of fears it may be contaminated with salmonella.

Losses for the Pinstripes eatertainment chain deepened for the second quarter to $9.3 million, with same-store sales falling 9.4%. The shortfall compares with a year-ago net loss of $7.3 million.

Mere weeks after launching its menu revamp, Red Lobster announced a new Happy Hour menu available every Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
