Have you ever thought, “Boy, I sure love cupcakes, but I wish they had more protein”? If so, then Sprinkles has your back with their new menu item that has eight grams of protein, about six grams more than your average cupcake. Eat seven of them and you’ll be close to the average person’s daily requirement.
Or you could get your protein salmon baked in parchment at California Pizza Kitchen, the brisket chili at City Barbeque, the Double BBQ Turkey Tips at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, or the Cajun Shrimp Bowl at Mahana Fresh.
Other protein-rich options include the new meatball sliders at Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, the fried chicken sandwiches at Birdcall and Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, and the chicken panini at Corner Bakery Cafe.
Casey’s has a new coffee line, HTeaO has a couple of rooibos drinks, and there are new cocktails at sister chains Buffalo’s Cafe Native Grill & Wings.
There are new pizzas, understandably at Blaze Pizza and Cicis Pizza (as well as at California Pizza Kitchen).
Rita’s Italian Ice has a new raspberry option, Yogurtland has a strawberry swirl, among other things, and Velvet Taco’s Weekly Taco Feature is made with (protein-rich) rotisserie chicken.
