Restaurants Rise powered by MUFSO, the digital community for restaurant operators and leaders, has named exciting new additions to its all-star lineup of speakers sharing insights and strategies throughout the month of October and all year on-demand.
Two new leadership keynote presentations have just been announced, Paul Brown, CEO of Inspire Brands, on Oct. 20 at 3:30 p.m. EDT and Scott Boatwright, chief restaurant officer at Chipotle, on Oct. 27 at 3:15 p.m. EDT.
Brown, the founder of Inspire Brands, will share the lessons he’s learned along the way to success and discuss the importance of thinking differently, valuing maverick behavior, and why giving back matters.
Boatwright will speak about Chipotle’s path to success which involved technology and talent in conjunction with one another as well as the importance of a supported and engaged workforce.
Previously announced keynoters include Soledad O’Brien, Therese Gearhart, Omar Johnson, Erica Dhawan, Alice Elliot, Vijay Vaitheeswaran, Tom Bene, Scott and Ally Sevenson and more.
Also added to the lineup include a special live broadcast of In the Kitchen, the Nation’s Restaurant News and Restaurant Hospitality podcast with senior food & beverage editor Bret Thorn.

The event kickoff begins on Oct. 1 at 3:30 p.m. EDT with Group Director & Publisher Sarah Lockyer who will provide a preview of the lineup for the next four weeks of leadership panels, virtual supplier showcases and more. The kickoff will include a discussion between the industry’s leading nonprofit organizations including Share Our Strength No Kid Hungry, Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE) and the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
Attendees will receive a special presentation from the annual Texas Pete Kitchen Hero Cook Off on Oct. 1, and we’ll toast to a great event with a special, signature cocktail, mixed live with Nation’s Restaurant News senior editor Ron Ruggless.
