Served at the Waldorf-Astoria's Peacock Alley, the Raspberry Beret is one of the drinks created by bar manager Frank Caiafa to be featured on a drink menu that debuted back in March.
The Raspberry Beret is made with house-infused spice rum — flavored with Fuji apple, fresh ginger, dried fig, orange peel, black peppercorn and coriander — along with triple sec and raspberry puree. It's available for $18.
