The Top 200, published each June, offers a detailed view of the performance of the restaurant industry’s largest chains in the U.S.
This year, coronavirus rewrote several of the rules, forcing adoption of some different approaches. Still, the industry-leading data remained as comprehensive and indispensable as ever, illustrating key player and segment dynamics and serving as a future benchmarking tool as we move beyond this complex and unprecedented moment in the industry.
