MIAMI Burger King Corp. said Monday it has sold 19 restaurants in the Des Moines, Iowa, area to new franchisee MKMB Restaurant Partners LLC, a minority-owned group. The 19 restaurants were among 72 that Burger King acquired from Simmonds Restaurant Management last year. MKMB Restaurant Partners is based in Chicago.
