COLUMBUS Ohio Bob Evans Farms Inc., operator of 590 Bob Evans restaurants and 109 Mimi's Cafe dinnerhouses, said third-quarter net income jumped 33.8 percent from a year earlier on a 5.1-percent revenue gain to $419.9 million.
