DENVER Chipotle Mexican Grill said it has enhanced its online ordering system to allow customers to pay online and manage group orders.
The more than 800-unit burrito chain said the new ordering system also features a secure credit card payment capability that can save customers' information so they do not have to re-enter it every time they log on to https://order.chipotle.com.
Customers also can manage group orders online with a new feature that enables them to place large orders under a single name and invite others via e-mail to add to their order.
The updated version still allows customers to save their favorite meals online, as well as those of friends, family and co-workers. The upgrade includes an enhanced restaurant locator feature with maps of nearby Chipotle restaurants and real-time pricing that includes tax.
