Study finds tapping into ‘multidaypart users’ could be key to growth
Industrywide traffic growth may be projected at less than 1 percent for 2012, but the task of driving up guest counts is not impossible if operators focus on customers who are likely to visit any time of day, according to new data from The NPD Group.
