THE COLONY, TEXAS Pizza Inn Inc., the owner or franchisor of 365 pizzerias, completed the previously announced sale of its headquarters building and distribution facility to Vintage Interests LP for $11.5 million. —The chain obtained a 10-year lease for the building. Pizza Inn also said it was completely outsourcing its distribution services, which were previously handled by its own Norco Restaurant Services division. —
