ATLANTA LongHorn Steakhouse and Capital Grille parent Rare Hospitality International Inc. has completed the previously announced sale of its Bugaboo Creek Steak House concept to Charlie Brown's Acquisition Corp., a steakhouse group owned by the private-equity firm Trimaran Capital.
