LOS ANGELES Restaurant Week promotions have been a big hit around the country this fall and some operators are finding creative ways to extend the marketing opportunities. In Los Angeles, for example, the DineLA restaurant week event originally scheduled to end Friday has been extended through Oct. 21.  Some restaurants, such as BLVD 16 in the Hotel Palomar in Los Angeles, are taking it a step further.
