Multiconcept operator Star Buffet Inc. here has completed its purchase of 16 Barnhill’s Buffet restaurants, part of a Pensacola, Fla., chain that had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last December. The acquisition by Star Buffet Management Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Buffet, included Barnhill’s units in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.
