DUBLIN Ohio Wendy's has extended its sandwich line for the second time in three weeks, this time with a chicken salad entry. Slated to be available through the spring, the Chunky Chicken Salad Frescata consists of all-white-meat chicken, celery, onions and green peppers in a Dijon Ranch sauce, topped with tomato and romaine lettuce, served on Wendy's artisanal bread, which is baked off daily in the restaurants.
