Bruegger’s to enter NYC with 20-unit deal

BURLINGTON Vt. Bruegger’s Enterprises Inc. has signed a development agreement with Hart Street LLC that calls for the opening of 20 bakery-cafes in New York City over the next seven years. Hart Street is owned and operated by New York real-estate developers Ghias Bhuiyan and Sami Kabir.
