Johnny Rockets has added a spicy burger with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese to its permanent menu.Called The Houston, the burger had been tested as a limited-time offer and now has been added to the 280-unit diner chain's new menu, which is in the process of being rolled out.The Houston also has iceberg lettuce, tomato and the chain’s spicy sauce.
