LOS ANGELES MJTJ Enterprises Inc. has signed on to open five units of the Guatemalan fried chicken brand Pollo Campero in Ventura County, Calif. The first will open next year in Oxnard, Calif., according to Bob Kamdjou, president and chief operating officer of MJTJ.
