Li to kick off CREATE’s second day with presentation on foodservice trends.

Jack Li, cofounder and executive chairman of food and beverage market intelligence firm Datassential, has been named a keynoter for Nation’s Restaurant News’ upcoming CREATE Experience.

Li’s presentation, “The State of the Eater,” will kick off CREATE’s second day and tap into custom research conducted exclusively for the event. The session, which is sponsored by La Brea Bakery, will cover the latest insights on consumer preferences, emerging trends, and key drivers that will shape the future of foodservice.

“Jack Li is among the foremost experts on food and beverage trends, and his dynamic and engaging presentation style is sure to educate and entertain CREATE attendees,” said Sam Oches, editor-in-chief of Nation’s Restaurant News. “We’re thrilled to have Jack be a part of our speaker lineup, which has something for everyone in the restaurant industry.”

The CREATE Experience is Oct. 1-3 at the Margaritaville Resort in Palm Springs, Calif. Designed for growth-minded restaurant operators, the CREATE Experience is the industry’s premier destination for in-depth education and valuable connections — all in a relaxed yet engaging atmosphere.
