Snooze, an A.M. Eatery has awarded 18 golden tickets to general managers and head chefs. That’s a staggering $625,000 total in bonuses — as well as 360 Snooze “walkabout” days and $90,000 Snooze “life enrichment” dollars.
Each golden ticket includes a cash bonus ($50,000 for general managers; $25,000 for head chefs), a month of paid time off, dubbed the Snooze “walkabout” for the recipient to recharge and reflect, and $5,000 of Snooze “life enrichment” dollars which can be allocated toward a culinary adventure, a personal growth or passion project, family vacation or anything that empowers these leaders to enrich their lives beyond the restaurant.

The game-changing benefit has ignited a profound shift in the journey of Snooze’s leadership team. All general managers and head chefs qualify for this program after five years of employment at Snooze, and golden ticket recipients are chosen annually.
