Concept(s): Following in the success of Tyga Bites — a chicken collaboration for a virtual brand with rapper Tyga in early 2020 — Virtual Dining Concepts has released two new celebrity-fueled virtual brands available for owners to license. Mario’s Tortas Lopez is traditional Mexican fare like the actor himself, Pauly D’s Italian Subs is Italian Subs (the personality is famous for TV show “Jersey Shore”) and Mariah’s Cookies are boxed cookies of various flavors.

Concept(s): Three Dots and a Dash beverage director Kevin Beary worked with the LEYE team to develop an easier virtual cocktail concept for COVID times rather than continuing the tiki to-go drinks from Three Dots and a Dash that required a little bit of a lot of ingredients. The menu at Gin and Juice is pared down and classic drinks where the ingredients — from full bottles of liquor to a measuring device to one lemon — are all included.
