MENOMENEE FALLS Wis. Cousins Subs has named Mark P. Cairns director of franchise sales, filling a position that had been vacant for about six months as the 150-unit sandwich chain readies to expand.
In his new role, Cairns’ responsibilities include identifying, qualifying and approving potential franchisees as Cousins works toward its goal of reaching 220 restaurants by 2010.
Cairn previously spent seven years as franchise development director for Huddle House and also worked for Papa’s Pizza To-Go and Multifoods Specialty Distribution/Pueringer.
Menomenee Falls-based Cousins Subs has locations in nine states.
