American Blue Ribbon Holdings LLC has hired Bill Streitberger as chief people officer, the company said Tuesday.
In the newly created role, Streitberger will develop human resources strategy for the Nashville, Tenn.-based parent company of the O’Charley’s, Ninety Nine, Max & Erma’s, Village Inn, Bakers Square and Legendary Baking concepts. The company has 32,000 employees nationwide, according to a statement.
“Throughout Bill’s more than 25 years of senior-level human resources experience he has garnered a reputation for fairness and service while developing down-to-earth practical solutions for staff and management,” said American Blue Ribbon Holdings chief executive Hazem Ouf in a statement. “He will be an asset to our company.”

Streitberger was most recently vice president of human resources at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. in Denver and has held human resources and recruiting positions at BJ’s Restaurants Inc., The Cheesecake Factory Inc., Brinker International Inc. and Fogo de Chao.
American Blue Ribbon Holdings has more than 690 company-owned and franchised restaurants in 43 states. The company is a majority-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial Inc.
