Brinker International Inc. reported an 8.3-percent increase in profit for the March 26-ended third quarter as both its Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy brands reported slight increases in same-store sales.
Dallas-based Brinker owns and franchises 1,608 casual-dining restaurants, including 1,563 Chili’s and 45 Maggiano’s.
