Brinker International Inc. reported on Wednesday an increase in profit for the Sept. 25-ended first quarter. The Dallas-based parent of the Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy casual-dining chains said revenues rose slightly, primarily on the acquisition of 11 restaurants in Canada.
