Casual-dining chain revamps unlimited salad bar with more choices
Ruby Tuesday Inc. has unveiled its revamped Garden Bar, which offers double the amount of salad toppers than the previous version. The Garden Bar, now with 55 options, features more than a dozen new fruits and vegetables, premium cheeses, toppings and eight dressings that are made in house, the company said. Ruby Tuesday said the salad platform is a key differentiator for the brand.
