Former KFC executive Larry Roberts has been named chief financial officer for the El Pollo Loco, the company announced Tuesday.
Roberts, who replaces former chief financial officer Gary Campanaro, has three decades of experience in the industry. He spent the last 20 years at Yum! Brands Inc., where most recently he was chief operating officer for KFC.
Previously, he spent three years as KFC’s divisional chief financial officer and, prior to that, served as CFO of Pizza Hut in the United Kingdom.
