Welcome to the barbecue Showdown, the fifth showdown from Nation's Restaurant News. In this iteration, we are pitting seven barbecue chains from all over the country against one another.
Barbecue is specifically regional, touching every corner of the country in different ways – and people feel pretty strongly about their barbecue. Whether it’s barbecue from the South or a mix of every regional barbecue, each chain has something different and unique to offer its customers.
