CEO Clay Dover said Velvet Taco has the right culture, infrastructure, systems, and processes in place to get to “hundreds” of locations in the next several years, including international markets.

Schuler most recently served as CEO of restaurant chain Wetzel’s Pretzels. Prior, she was CMO and then president of the snack brand.

Tanner has put a leadership team into place while moving into a founder role, but she continues to work to ensure her original vision — making people feel special — continues throughout the restaurant system as it grows.
