Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Domino’s Pizza Inc. leveraged strong same-store sales growth in fiscal 2013 to fuel expansion of 631 stores across the world, including a record 573 net new international locations and net store count growth of 58 units in the United States. The pizza chain’s top-line performance helped offset higher general and administrative expenses and the negative impact of foreign-currency translation to drive a 27.2-percent increase in full-year net income.
