David Bishop currently leads Brick Meets Click’s consumer research, retailer benchmarking, and sales forecasting programs while working closely with grocers to improve the results of their omnichannel strategies.
He created the 3 As growth framework, which examines how shoppers and markets are evolving in response to online grocery shopping and leverages the firm’s Seamless Shopping Scorecard to measure customer points of friction. David also helps retailers to think differently about their online pricing strategy and tactics using a proprietary omnichannel market basket analysis service.
Earlier in his career, David led the small-format practice at Willard Bishop LLC and managed beverage categories and financial modeling for new concepts at The Levy Restaurants.
