Another Broken Egg of America Franchising LLC continues to expand its reimaging program, with the newest café redesign to debut Jan. 10 in Charleston, S.C.

The Orlando, Fla.-based daytime breakfast-brunch concept last year debuted the “New South” design, featuring a full bar and expanded patio seating access, in several markets, including Panama City Beach, Fla., and Atlanta. The design has also been deployed in the Auburn, Ala., and Orlando markets, a spokesperson said.

In the new redesign, the breakfast-and-brunch brand has developed a full bar with signature cocktails such as Spiked Spiced Rum Cold Brew, Pomegranate Mule and Abe Famous Infused Mary.

The "New South" design is being used in remodels as well as new restaurants, a spokesperson said.

It highlights the brand's full bar and provides bar access to patio diners. Menu items include Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict and Shrimp N' Grits.

Another Broken Egg Café has more than 75 locations in 15 states.
