Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Costa Vida has 53 units in nine mostly Western states, with the easternmost being located in Missouri.
By the end of the calendar year, 14 more are scheduled to open, including a second unit in Canada, with more to come there next year. Area development deals have been signed to bring the brand to Southern California for the first time, as well as markets like Chicago and St. Paul, Minn., plus Nevada, North Carolina and Florida.
