With their seventh Chicago establishment about to open, the story of R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman has firmly transitioned from one of growing up around restaurants as children to one of growing up as
operators in the industry.

The siblings have risen up the ranks of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Inc., the multiconcept giant founded by their father Rich Melman in 1971, by developing and running Hub 51 and Paris Club, their adjacent nightclubs Sub 51 and Studio Paris, RPM Italian, and Bub City. They also opened and oversee M Street Kitchen and Stella Barra Pizzeria in Southern California.
