Fast-casual brand sees channel hit near 20%
Wingstop Inc. continues to see its digital sales rise, with the channel reaching 19.7 percent of total sales in the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, executives said Thursday.
The Dallas-based fast-casual chicken wing brand, which opened its 1,000th restaurant in this year’s first quarter in Decatur, Ga., said digital sales were up from 17.7 percent in the third quarter and about 480 basis points higher than the same period a year ago.
